I placed a call to Quiet Acres leaving a short message clearly expecting hearing from them sometime. In a matter of hours Matt called me back and set up an appointment , surprise he showed up 10 minutes early. We took a short trip around the property, I described what I wanted done. Again surprised , within hours I received an estimate and a few days later a work schedule.. Matt and his crew arrived on time. Matt walked around told them what was to be done, then got out of their way. Equipment and material arrived in an as needed basis. The friendly crew just kept on working requiring little supervision. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Terrible outcome, I paid over $10K to have these trees planted and this is what I’m left with. These are supposed to be guaranteed for 1 year, yet he refuses to follow through on his promise. I wish I would have sent these trees back from the beginning when they arrived. I paid for 30 6-8 ft arborvitae, and he delivered 5 Ft trees that are dying one by one. Unfair business practices, beware. See more See less
